ACTOR SHOWREEL PACKAGE
As an actor breaking into the film industry one of the most important things is a solid actor’s reel to showcase your talent to casting directors. It’s hard to get footage for your reel without getting cast, and it’s hard to get cast without a reel. Low budget short films are often also riddled with production and technical issues and it sometimes takes years before you get to see the final product.
Here at Soft Focus Media we offer Actor Showreel Packages that are tailored to your needs as an actor.
In collaboration with LA Director and Acting Coach James Huang from Hollywood Actor Lab, we will work with you on developing a script that best showcase your versatility as an actor, complete with on the day coaching, professional production shoot, final edit and colour grade for some of the highest quality showreels in Australia.
FIGHT REEL PACKAGE
Showcase your stunt and action talents with a fight reel.
With extensive background in action, we provide training and guidance on the right choreography to demonstrate your skills as a stunt performer. You will be coached on how best to sell your action to the screen and we will edit a short fight scene for your reel.
JAMES HUANG
Originally from New York City, James Huang studied Theater and Cinema at Rutgers University.
After starting his career in theater, he spent 20 years working in Los Angeles acting in film & T.V. with over 40 T.V. appearances, over 40 commercials and dozens of films. A multiple award winning actor and director, James has since moved to Melbourne, and is currently teaching his ever expanding body of acting students through Hollywood Actor Lab in his new studio.
